Returns & Refunds Policy

As we offer most of the handcrafted products, slight differences in detailing may occur. Hence, minor printing and waving irregularity cannot be labeled as a defect. It is considered as a part of the beauty of handcrafted bags; minute dissimilarities design uniqueness for each piece.

On color fastness, no guarantees are provided. Indigo or other natural colors can bleed on first wash. No refunds and exchanges will be given in similar cases.
For preserving beauty and strength, handmade bags require special care. Reading out our instruction manual for wash and care is recommended before using the bags. Requests for bag replacement or refund will not be considered as valid if the utilization of incorrect washing and caring methods cause damage.

However, for us, your satisfaction denotes high value. Hence, if you are not satisfied with the purchase you have made, we are prepared to replace the product when the parameters of our return policy are met.

In The Uncommon Occurrence That

  • Wrong product has been delivered to you (i.e. the size or color differs from the option you selected )
  • The product, you have received is defective.

Minor difference because of the monitor settings should be measured as normal and is not a subject to return.
You can notify us on your grievance immediately by following the underwritten steps-

  • Send a mail to info@amanasia.in along with a photo of the damaged product. A Returns and Exchanges form is also required with necessary information.

  • Goods are returnable within 48 hours of receiving. It should contain the original tags and sales invoice and in unused condition. For that, you can choose any trusted courier service,or place a pickup request to our courier partner. If the service is obtainable in your area, our crack team will co-ordinate the process.

For eliminating chances of further damage of goods while transit, please make sure that the return packets are safely packaged. On arrival of damaged products, refunds and replacements will be void.

After Receiving The Package

  • Our team will decide whether the product is suited for refunds or replacement or not, and inform you of the same by sending an email.
  • If it is eligible for a return, the returned item will be replaced to you free of cost (on availability); else the cost of the goods will be refunded (deducting the freight charges) to the credit/debit card utilized for purchasing.
  • The freight charges for returning the goods will be deducted based on our prior determined tariff, based on your location. You will receive a refund on your debit/credit card considering the mode of your payment. If our courier partner is involved, no need for you to make any payments for the service.
  • If the product is deemed as unfit for return, goods will be delivered back to you.
  • It may take 10 days from our end to process and close a refund/replacement issue.
  • If credits are issued to your debit/credit, one billing cycle should be allowed for the appearance of credits on your card statement.
  • The issuing bank is responsible for managing the cardholder's account. Hence, we are not responsible for any postponement in the amount getting credited to a bank account. The time taken for the refund for appearing on the cardholder's account may be different, depending on the bank
